Security commitment
Pillarsis builds and supports enterprise platforms where security, privacy, reliability, and operational discipline matter. This page explains how to report suspected vulnerabilities affecting the public Pillarsis website.
This policy does not authorize testing of customer-managed systems, customer data, third-party systems, hosted client environments, or nonpublic Pillarsis infrastructure.
How to report
Report suspected vulnerabilities through the general contact form or us@pillarsis.com. Include "Security report" in the subject or first line where possible.
Please include the affected URL, system, or component; a description of the issue; reproduction steps; potential impact; and supporting screenshots, logs, or headers if they are safe to share.
Acknowledgment and investigation
Pillarsis reviews credible vulnerability reports and may contact the reporter for clarification. Response times depend on report completeness, severity, business hours, and operational priorities, so this page does not promise a fixed response window.
Please provide reasonable time for investigation and remediation before any public disclosure.
Responsible testing expectations
Do not access, modify, retain, exfiltrate, or disclose personal, confidential, customer, employee, or proprietary data. If you encounter such data, stop testing and report the issue without copying or sharing the data.
Do not perform denial-of-service testing, service disruption, social engineering, phishing, physical testing, malware deployment, extortion, destructive actions, or attempts to access accounts or systems that are not yours.
Scope and rewards
This policy is limited to responsible reports about the public Pillarsis website. It does not grant permission to test customer systems, third-party services, product environments, or infrastructure outside the public website without explicit written authorization.
Pillarsis does not currently operate a public bug bounty program and does not guarantee rewards, compensation, or public recognition.
